Functional Strength

Strengthen your body from head to toe in our Functional Strength class. Whether you’re lifting weights solo or teaming up with a workout buddy, you’ll power through a circuit-style session that’s all about building functional strength and finishing strong with a cardio kick. It’s a fun and effective way to challenge yourself and reach new heights.

Green Machine

Get ready to break a sweat and have a blast in our high-energy Green Machine class! This dynamic session revolves around our big rig, where you’ll tackle a variety of exercises like ropes, TRX, bench press, squats, sandbag work, and punching bag routines. With a mix of HIIT and strength training, plus plenty of partner and group exercises, you’ll leave feeling pumped and empowered.


Ignite your fitness journey with our Inferno class, a sizzling circuit training experience that’ll push you to your limits. With a mix of equipment and partner work, each class is a unique blend of exercises designed to keep you guessing and keep the fun flowing. It’s a high-energy workout that’ll leave you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to conquer the world.
